Terms of service
Last updated July 18, 2026. These initial terms describe the intended v1 service and require review by legal counsel before launch.
Paper trading only
Coera v1 operates only with supported paper-trading environments. It does not place real-money trades.
No investment advice
Coera automates strategies configured by users. Coera does not recommend securities, generate investment signals, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the strategies, tickers, limits, and credentials you configure and for reviewing activity produced by your connected paper account.
Service availability
Market data, brokerage APIs, and network services can be delayed or unavailable. Coera is designed to fail closed when required information is incomplete, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass safety controls, access another user’s information, interfere with the service, or use Coera in violation of applicable law.
Changes
These terms may change as the service progresses beyond private paper-trading validation. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
