Credentials and payment data

Broker credentials are encrypted before storage. Coera does not store card details; subscription payment information is handled by Stripe-hosted pages.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, execute user-defined paper strategies, provide an audit trail, maintain security, and support the service. Coera does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Trade event records are retained to preserve the product’s audit trail. Access is scoped to the authenticated user, and sensitive credentials and tokens are excluded from application logs.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
